i've been too busy with work to update my site one update a year that's retarted.. I'll try to update this page more often. But i do update the pics a lot

oooo no updates in half a year. That's kinda off isn't it. So anyways I did up my car like i said. A pioneer DEH-4600MP head unit and a pair of 4-way 6.5" (TS-A1680R)speakers in the back. it sounds way better than the infinity speakers i had before while costing much less. how odd is that. and having a mp3 headunit is great. so much music on 1 cd, but the down side is: it takes awhile to get to a song you'r looking for. but other than that it's great. If anyone's looking for a cheap mp3 headunit for the car with a remote and 2 preamp outputs and a cd-text display with equalizer this is probbly the best bang for the buck you can get.

So once i got my car back, of course i didn't want it to get stolen again. What i should of done was get an alarm and i still might. But i took another approch i changed my locks. I got some solex locks 2 for the doors and 1 for the trunk. When it's in the lock position you can't even open the door even from the inside. So the only chance of getting the car is breaking my windows. I don't think anyone's willing to go that far. Then later during the summer I changed all my car's shocks to KYB GR2, Me and a friend did the work, took us 2 days and i learned a lot about my car. What a difference it made in the handling. I even got a sway bar for the front. hehehhe. I'm saving up for a new engine. I'm still deciding on which engine to swap into my car. Either the 3s-ge or 3s-gte. I found a cool Toyota community online at www.toyotanation.com. If you own a toyota go there and check it out. Hopefully by the next time i update i'll have my engine in and i'll take some pics of the car. oh oh and this semester i'm gonna take an auto-mech class to learn about cars a lil more.
